I would just like to take this time to assure all our existing & new customers alike that we are taking measures to help combat this virus and stop the spread but also make our customers lives as easy as we possibly can during these trying times.
Here at dream cakes the girls and myself are meticulously cleaning the shop on a regular basis and also asking all customers and staff to keep a respectful distance from one another. We ask that where ever possible for our customers to order their cakes over the phone or by bank transfer, we have many ways of communicating through email and social media to make this happen, therefore reducing contact between each other.
While we appreciate this may be a scary time for our customers we would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support.
So, as a thank you and to try and keep a little of the joy left in our world we would like to let you know that we can offer a non-contact delivery service so that your loved ones can still celebrate your special days (even though they may be behind closed doors).
All you have to do is give us a call and let us know what you want, make a payment over the phone and we will gladly bring your customised celebration cake to you. We will arrange the best possible way to do this over the phone with you.
Before we go, if anyone has a cake already ordered with us and has unfortunately had to cancel their celebration, as long as the cake hasn’t been started we are happy to transfer any monies already paid to a future celebration cake. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to do this.
